Rose of the Winds 2023
Floral and red berries aromas, a touch of pomegranate fruit, white plum and almond milk notes. On the palate smooth, almost like a light red in texture.

In addition to seeking out old vines and using indigenous grapes, Michael Cooper likes to innovate. The wine is made with the care and detail like that of a Champagne, hand harvested using small baskets and whole-bunch lightly pressed into concrete. Only the ‘Saignee’ or free-run juice is taken after a short time on the skins. It has a fine rose color and is surprisingly soft on the palate. It is a perfect match for watching the sunset.
